Harry Yang began the Chairman of the board of Eastech in March 2020. 

He joined Qisda Corporation in 2017 as the General Manager of the Medical Device Products Group. Through strategic investment and deployment, he has gradually completed the Group’s fleet roadmap for the Medical Device Products Group. Prior to joining Qisda, Harry Yang spent 30 years working in high-tech companies including HP, Acer, and Lenovo. With his professional perception of the IT industry and his time spent in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand as an expat, he has acquired the knowledge of managing overseas market operations. His previous experience includes General Manager of Acer in Australia and Thailand, and Vice President and General Manager of Lenovo in Southeast Asia.

Harry Yang graduated from National Cheng Kung University with a B.S. in Statistics; he has an M.S. in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology, and an Honorary Doctorate in Computer Science from Ubon Ratchathani University.
 

Jackie Tzou is the Executive Board Director of Eastech, a role he began in March 2020. 

Jackie Tzou was the general manager of Medical Imaging Division of BenQ Medical Technology Corp. since September 2017 and lead the Medical Imaging Division to a new peak of sale revenue. In 2019, he aggressively expanded the medical business on basis of medical image and merged Eastech. 

He has joined Qisda Group since 1999, in charge of projector market including product strategy and sales planning, he successfully pushed the sales figures up to top 3 in the world. In 2012 he was responsible for the BenQ Taiwan market and gained the most reliable brand in the market, and the top selling brand of projectors and displays. Expanding the product lines and cross-industry experience made him a manager with diversity of experience. 

Jackie Tzou received Master's degree in Business Management, Fu Jen Catholic University.

Doris Lin established Eastech Co., Ltd. in 2006 and holds the position of General Manger of Eastech after joining Qisda Group in 2020. 

She joined Esaote (China) in 2000 and in charge of nationwide business and Beijing office.

Based on the experience in ultrasound market and continuous innovation of Esaote, she imported Esaote ultrasound machine to Taiwan market and set up professional training courses for overseas experts and domestic doctors. 

She received the master degree of electrical engineering from National Taiwan University and major in biomedical engineering. She is dedicated to study and invent thermal therapy of ultrasound.
